Noah Richter, owner and builder of RCH Construction, moved to Boise, ID in 2005 after leaving the Wood River Valley. As an Idaho native, Noah understands what it means to choose Idaho as your home. While being the son of a builder and having the opportunity to work with some of the industry’s most talented craftsmen over the last ten years, Noah has developed his skills and a deep understanding of all the phases involved in the building process. It is these skills and knowledge that Noah uses to build quality homes and provide his clients with an enjoyable building experience.
